About the company

A supplier you can call by name.

LIYUAN DA ELECTRONICS (HONG KONG) LIMITED buys and supplies electronic components, handles surplus inventory, kits BOMs and assembles industrial boards. One team, one contact, four connected services.

Distribution without the middle layers.

Our work starts with a list of part numbers. Some requests are for production volumes, some are line-down emergencies, and some are a single obsolete part that keeps a machine running. All three are handled by the same sourcing process: confirm the part, confirm the batch, then quote with the terms written down.

The company is registered in Hong Kong and works from an office in the Huaqiangbei electronics district in Shenzhen. That combination keeps us close to the physical channel while contracting in a familiar structure for overseas buyers.

Where a BOM needs assembly, the same order file carries through to PCBA. Material is not handed to a third party and re-quoted; the kit and the build stay with one team.

Working method

How a request is handled.

Four habits that make the difference between a quote and a delivered order.

  • 01

    Requirement response

One named contact from inquiry to delivery.

  • 02

    Material verification

Incoming checks against the confirmed part and batch.

  • 03

    Alternative communication

    Differences stated before any substitution.

  • 04

    Delivery follow-up

Shipping status shared until the goods arrive.

Quality and sourcing statements.

Incoming checks

Part number, package and quantity are checked against the confirmed order on receipt.

Batch traceability

Batch and date information is recorded where the supplier provides it, and kept with the order.

Stated sourcing

Where a part comes from an excess lot or a non-standard channel, that is stated in the quotation.

Certifications and manufacturer authorisations are not listed here because they are not held. Documentation available for a specific order can be requested during quotation.
